You are correct to certain extant, but for your information our culture and society is very different from the rest of the world.
I dont say that such characters are not there in our country, they may be hardly 10-15% only. Mostly what you come across are all forced to spread their legs by you, me, and other men who come across their life.
Girls from poor family are brought and sold to brothel, they dont want to earn by spreading their legs. Its our own shameless Males who sell and buy them.
Like wise if you go to them for reasearch or interview you may find out of 1000 /999 are forced by circumstances and our own society.
As far as you have mentioned that they get their desire full filled, thank god that they have not desired to eliminate the cause of their missery.

Obviously depends on the mood of other partner
Basically it can help as it can be used to tell how much i care
Love and lust are 2 different things
but Lust with Love is deadly.

If there are some women like that (to exploit things in their favour by offering themselves) there definitely are some men like that (to exploit; or get exploited...) and in that kind of situation when these two meet (like begets like...) your inferences might be true...
