nope, your body regulates levels of hormones independent of the size of the organ that produces them.

There might be a correlation, but it would probably be in the other direction. I think.

no theres a test for testosterone get one and have them tell you what your range

Having bigger testes does not mean that you have more testosterone more sperm for that matter.
