I have a small holes on my face due to pimples. But pimples are not the problem, the small holes are the problem, so anybody know the treatment or lotion or any cream to apply to cover the holes permanently and become smooth.

Ask your doctor about Retin-A. It works really good on facial scars from acne (one of my sons had some), but you do have to remember to use it on schedule (every day or every other day... whatever doc says) and do it probably for a whole year. You don't see results right away, but you will over a course of months.
There are some precautions with sunlight and other factors.
Worth a try, and doesn't involve a surgery.

I couldnt help but read your post and think to myself that I was right where you were 6 months and seems like 1000 wrinkles ago.

I went through the exact same thing. I tried various products and did tons of research online before I found Oil of Olay was basically giving their product away for free.

All I had to do was answer a few auestions, They are a well known national name brand for facial and skin care, everyone knows Oil of Olay.

And I am telling you this Oil of Olay Regenerist works and it made a believer out of me.

I posted the link below for you to click and check out. This stuff works and believe me - for a few minutes of your time and no cost to you, you owe it to yourself to try and all you would lose is a few minutes of your time!

Good Luck and keep the faith, you will get younger looking skin with this product and this stuff helped me achieve my dreams as well!

raw unpasteurized apple cider vinegar, cost is $5 a bottle, find it at the health food store, or in some super markets..
to open the pores and loosen dirt and grease from your face turn off the heat from a pan of distilled water, add 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar to a quart of the hot water. drape a towel over the pan and your head to steam clean your pores. take a cotton ball, dip in vinegar and pat over skin to remove loosened dirt. repeat 2 more times.gently squeeze the blackheads. then spray or dab on chilled vinegar and equal part of distilled water to close your pores and tone your skin. do twice weekly, also can use the chilled vinegar water as a toner 2 times daily.
it is amazing ....

Microderm abrasion works great for this. Along with a good moisturizer. Get a good brand of Microderm though.
