Watch your salt intake. Stay away from chips, canned foods, preservatives. Drink plenty of water to keep your system cleaned out. If you feel gassy and a bit bloated that day, you can try taking a chewable Mylanta, which will help get rid of the gas in your intestines.

Well congratulations on the modeling job! I wouldn't suggest the eating once a day though, if you seem to eat portions that are too large and eat when youre not hungry then I would suggest trying to only eat when you're hungry so that you don't overdo it.

Also make sure you get in some good workouts before friday. Especially ab workouts and make sure when you're doing crunches and other ab workouts that you do them correctly. Don't strain your back and neck by pulling your elbows in and tucking your head toward your chest, keep your elbows open toward the sides and lift your head to the ceiling straight up rather than forward, also make sure your shoulder blades come off the ground every time you do so. If you're doing this right your crunch should be more linear and take the pressure off your neck and spine and place it on your stomach so you get more of an effective workout.

I would say don't worry too much about it though because as you said even if it's not flat enough it is flat and if they picked you up then I'm sure you and your stomach must be good enough!

Hope I could help and good luck as a model!

Well other than not eating, you could take a laxative as this may be some of the cause for your stomach appearing larger. I found out that if I don't clean my system as I should that my stomach gets very protrusive. Finally there is a product called Firminol -10, Tummy Firming Formula, it is a temporary solution but it works within a few days. In fact I have been using it about 2 weeks, the results are great.

Go to Wal-Mart or your local Department store and get a stomach shaper. They come in all different shapes and sizes and they make a world of difference. Even models like Tyra use them because they control you stomach, thighs, and butt. I would honestly swear by them. I'm in the process of trying to lose weight after having a baby and until then these can make me still look good in clothes that I plan on looking good in naturaly someday soon. They should only cost about $5-$10. They are pretty much like panty hose, but only about Capri legnth and they go up to about your ribs, give or take depending on the legnth of your torso.

Its not your eating that affects it, you have 2 layers of fat on your stomach. The layer than you burn and a layer under your abs thats toxic. If its the fat, do alot of exercising etc etc.

If its you eating, eat small portions. Don't down a huge .5 pound burger and expect the great plains on your stomach. Eat fruit and drink water and cranberry juice. Lemon water also burns fatty tissues by the citric acid.
