Most lotions on the market contain MINERAL OIL! The molecular structure is too large to penetrate the pores of your skin, sitting on the top layer like saran wrap. This causes dirt and debris to collect on your skin, causing irritation and dryness. Products that contain mineral oil get wiped off over time and have little to no benefit. This is why you find yourself reapplying your lotion three times a day. You need a pure water based product to help with your sensitive skin. Water based products will penetrate the dermis and deeply condition and hydrate your skin. Arbonne has a GREAT hand cream to help with your specific need made with Aloe (a pure moisturizer), Liposomes, phospholipids, alpha hydroxy acids, antioxidant vitamins A, C and E. Their products are botanically based and beneficial for all skin types. They formulate their products without alcohol, wax, dyes, chemicals, fragrances, mineral oil, etc. which strip your skins acid mantel (its protective layer) and causes irritation and dryness. I would be happy to send you a free sample if you're open to giving it a try. Good luck.

Use a good moisturizer or I suggest you try using Zenmend Derma Lotion from Zenmed or Autopalm from Skinstore.com.

Zenmend has no side effects and it's non-irritant to the
skin. It's proven to works fast and it povides Maximum
results! It's certainly a good lotion to prevent further
outbreaks.

Another product that I think is effective is Autopalm. This
dry skin mlm is one of the best seller at skinstore.com now.
(Skinstore.com holds more than 10,000 skin care products) It's pretty effective, and worth the dollar paid out.

I have terrible dry skin, well actually used to. I just recently switched to Dove bar soap and it has improved greatly. I had already tried CeraV, cetaphil, all kinds of moisturizing lotions and body washes. Then I was thinking that I used to have good skin when i used cheap Ivory soap (in my poorer days), so i switched back to the bar and viola good skin is back!!!

My skin is super dehydrated, I tried numerous products including hydro cortisone and uremol separately they did nothing, however a dermatologist prescribed Uremol HC which is a combination of both and it's working well for me. I also have a soft gel mask which helps with re hydration. Moisturize every time you shower, bathe or swim,
