Obviously the answer is NO. If this really happened, you should have talked to your case worker. I am not sure how long ago this was but if the lady is still doing foster care you should probably talk to someone at Social Services ASAP. Although foster homes are great for family's that are working through different issues there are those that slip through the cracks, unfortunately! Not all foster homes are bad.....I promise!

um... B.S. I'll call you out on this one. First you know the answer to the question. Then you try to "glam" it up by saying, "she won the foster parent of the year award 3 yrs. ago." When you were 3 then 3 years ago she won... how old are you? Another person pretending and the world is giving her the attention she so desperately needs.

That is against the law and child abuse , she can go to jail for a very long time..
I really advise you to report her because if she did this to you she is probably doing it to other kids, it is sick the kind of people they allow to be foster parents.

Is this for real? A foster parent is not to lay a finger on a foster child in any way shape of form. They are just caring for the child, until permanent plans are made. The child is not theirs to parent as they please, they must follow strict guidelines.

No, a foster parent is not to beat a child . you should report it so if she becomes a foster parent again, that you can prevent that from happening. good luck.

No you need to tell someone so that she don't do this to other children again. No one should have to eat out of the garbage or be beat

That's disgusting. That woman should be in a federal prison, not taking care of children.
