It depends on what I had to eat, what consistency is the poop, if it is sticky and wipe after wipe with toilet paper there is still poop i will get wipes. If it is rabbit turds that usually can be handled with just toilet paper. If it is diarrhea I just use toilet paper and wipes that are scented, diarrhea has a staining odor. Hope this helps

Everybody is different with the way they live their lives but in my opinion the cleanest results would be to use a wipe then toilet paper.

Do you really want to know that or you just don't have anything else to do? I use toilet paper. When I was in the military, anything I could get my hands on.

we are taught to as toddlers to look on the paper to make beneficial we are clean, if not a 2nd wipe is needed, each and every now and then a 0.33, as a toddler you maintain wiping until mom says your clean, so as adults we verify the paper to make beneficial we are clean

Depends what culture you come from and what type of toilet you have. If you are southeast asian, you may use water instead. If you have a bodeau, then it sprays water on you.
