I have been with my girlfriend for 4 years. I love her very much but still don't see a future with her. I don't understand why? She is great and takes good care of me but still i feel like i can;t commit to marrage. Not just yet. I am afraid that i am just wasting her time because i cannot make up my mind. I also feel like i don;t have the power to break up with her. Just very confused and don't know what to do?

How old are the two of you?
You don't want to continue a relationship with a woman you don't see a future with. Not all women but many feel if they are in a relationship for 4 years that this could be it... she may be expecting you to pop the question and your thinking of running the other way... you need to be honest with her, and see what she says, don't waste her time and stay in a relationship with no future

I personally am with a man that I have been with for 4 years that I don't feel I have a future with because he feels the same as you, not ever ready to commit. And it is not fair to the woman to have to do the ending it. Maybe you should try talking to her and figure out what is keeping you from wanting to commit to her.

what do you mean after 4 years you haven't decided?when you get married do you think you will get someone from heaven showering all love and wealth upon you?no she will be just a nother girl.she won't mean as much as your present girlfriend.you know for sure that you cannot love anyone as much as you do her, than why think twice?goahead take her for life, you will never regret.she seems to be very caring and its difficult to find someone like that. take some more time think how she'll look after you and your kids,if its within your dream go ahead.
