I just started, Not a diet, but a lifestyle plan. Which, is Bible based, called First Place. It's been around since the 1980's. I love it because I eat what I want but it 's about portion control not diet food. Also, You have to do some exercise, but that's easy too just walking will help. The first week I stayed the same but had alot more energy. But the second week I lost 2.5 pounds.

I'm sure where ever you are you can find a group. The cost is just for your membership kit, but that is bought at a store, and there is no other cost for this program.

It's all about making changes and commitments.

I will pray that God will lead you to what is best for you.
