check w your vet before making any changes. Sometimes what many people consider "very skinny" is actually the ideal weight for a dog, and what many people consider "good weight" is obese in a dog and may cause health problems down the road.
Some dogs are just picky. I had a Chow that was extremelly picky w his food. Some athletic breeds like greyhounds, border collies and huskies don't eat much either. If your dog is healthy and just picky (your vet should determine that) consider yourself lucky that you dont have to diet your girl :-)

My dog is the same way, he only eats his food to keep from going hungary. I have tried a few different things. first i switched the dog food. he had normally been eating purina, but then i switched him over to the Benniful brand. he liked that a bit better, but i also tried him on several different brands before i made the choice of benniful. You should try out a few different brands and see which one she likes the most. If she still isn't eating, check with the vet. sometimes dogs will eat only enough to keep from starving if they are depressed, frightened, sick, or lonely, or maybe something else. it wouldn't hurt to have a vet check her out. Also, if you feed them human food, they may stop eating their regular dog food. if that is the case, like it was with my dog, then stop feeding them human food all together. even little scraps. bones are ok every once in a while, but dont let her eat human food because she is skinny. she will eat her dog food after she realizes she is not allowed to eat our food. These are just some suggestions that i have found useful in the past. I hope everything works out with your dog!!!!!!

First of all... what type of food do you feed her and how old is she? If she is a puppy then you need to feed her a puppy brand dog food where she will get the nutrients and vitamins and minerals needed in her diet to help gain weight and muscle mass. You could also check into a weight control dog food as well if she is an older dog, one that will allow her to gain muscle, but still be lean you may need to change her diet to a better one.

First make sure she is parasite free.
Then make a list of the things she likes.
If they are good for her, give her all
she wants mixed in her food. Start to
decrease the amount of her favorite things.
Little by little. She will get use to her new
diet. Soon she will be eating only dog food.
Stand hard and wait her out. She will change.

Do you always change food for her? Cuz that wouldnt be a good thing though. For the weight... Ask someone in the petshop close by your home. At least shes not starving herself...

check with your vet she could have parasites. also try putting a spoonful of olive or vegetable oil on your dogs food that might improve the appetite.
