No you can not catch any kind of sickness from jagging off. That is the safest way to have sex cuz you don't have to worry about sickness.

the worst you could get my friend is a tired arm, and or skin chaving. there have been some cases where males have had vision problems because of masturbation but that is a myth as far as i know
