I have a niece that has some scars from an accident and she purchased her prom dress at a bridal shop and WOW was it beautiful and you might just say she was the belle of the ball!!! Of couse I am biased but everyone I know even agreed she was so beautiful and none of the scars showed at all. Just shop till you drop and eventually you will find one. I don't know if there is a David's Bridal where you live, but that is where she purchased her's and it was pink and black and her boyfriend's tux was black with pink and they were the best dressed couple. Good luck and hope you find what you are looking for.

Go to David's Bridal and ask to see only those types of dresses. Did you check Vera Wang? There are so many. Get a bridal magazine and ALL the possible designers will be listed and many pictures of gown will be included. You will have a wide variety of choices. Enjoy.

I just went to www.alfredangelo.com and the first dress I saw was a plus size and had sleeves! also view 1608J and 1620J on the 2nd pg of plus sizes(they look like they also come in "regular sizes" as the models are small,1755LS on pg 6 is FABULOUS, or how about getting a "regular" wedding dress and wearing a short lacy bolero style jacket to wear with it. Also check out ebay store Bridal Images and just ebay in general. not knowing what I would find I typed in long sleeve wedding dresses and found some fabulous dresses. I just spent forever checking them out they are gorgeous! They even have some that are different colors! I found other long sleeved dresses at : http://store.fairytaleendeavorsbridals.com/loslwedr.html
good luck and happy hunting!

Search for "modest wedding gowns" or "temple ready gowns"...there are a lot of places that make wedding gowns that cover the back and arms for people who are modest or very religious.

you could pick any dress you like and a seamstress add sleeves. In my area there is a woman who works miracles on dresses. I also know a lady who bought her wedding dress at sears and had her sister add sleeves and no one could tell. I would try going this root when ever you order a dress there are alterations anyway .

you can have sleeves added to almost any style of dress. it will simply cost a little more. depending on the severity of the scars you may also want to look into covering them with makeup. a makeup artist at a salon could help with that.

if you're keen to purchase on-line, there is getting to be truly determination of formalwear merchants that make plus sizes. a lot of them even enable custom measurements for extraordinarily little more suitable (ca. $10). a number of my favorites comprise ordinary contained in the field and reliable products China.
