i have a drink that cleans and detoxifies your system but it expired nov 2006. Would it still be effective?

It will work just fine, though it may not taste as nice as it should, but the effectiveness is still the same.
The active ingredients of a detox are stable compounds that are long lasting, while the flavoring ingredients are less lasting, specially any natural and artificial flavorings and aroma.

It likely wasn't effective before the expiration date. Your liver detoxes your system. To date, we have not been able to come up with anything even close in drinkable or pill form.

I'd toss it and drink water. It's cheaper and proven effective.

I would probably call a pharmacist just to make sure its safe.

if its natural id still use it but if its got chemicals and theyve gone bad it could make you very sick.
