Registry error/dll file registry error not allowing the Windows event viewer from displaying messages to/from a remote PC.
/AUXSOURCE=flag is the named problem in the event viewer for Windows. Help and Support is just a Windows option that lets you view the details of that error. Sounds like a Registry error to me and or a .dll file error.

or your trying to play it from a different computer
