The more ideas the better... this is the part of relationships I suck at; getting them started.

We do go out for lunch and stuff occasionally, but it's just as friends.

Be open and honest. While you two are hanging out and having fun, ask her if she thinks your relationship can go past friendship. And just tell her how you feel. If you don't think you'll be able to present your feelings in a clear way, try writing it out and just practicing what you want to say, even though that sounds lame. But, make sure you ask or discuss it at the end of the day because if she says no it'd be akward to hang out afterward. Hopefully that's not the case, but gotta be prepared, right?

Give her a compliment. "I just want to tell you that even though I love being your friend, I think that you are a beautiful person, inside and out, and I would be honored to have you as a girlfriend." That is just about every girl I know's dream. If she likes you back, she'll be thrilled!

By now, she already knows whether or not she likes you. Ask her if she wants to go out on a date. If she does, kiss her on the first date. If she doesn't want to kiss you, she does not like you enough, so give up on her.

Too many guys waste time chasing women who are not interested. Only chase women who like you A LOT.

Hey just walk up to her and say, let's go out for coffee, or something like that.
peace out

You don't tell them, you show them.
