i've been asking how i can grow my hair and nails and they told me prenatal vitamins.. but wat can this do to u?? ( besides making ur hair and nails grow)

Ive took them for 6 months! they did make my hair grow faster. they do contain things that we don't need (if your not pregnant). But I went to Swanson's.com and got hair skin and hails pills and they are even better for me. they are all natural. Not man made prenatal pills!

Nothing. They are just vitamins. Or, you can go to GNC they have a brand called, "Hair, Skin and Nails" that will grown your hair and nails. Protein and Biotin are the vitamins that grow your hair and nails.

Try vitaim E. Also eat protien cause that's what makes your hair silky and makes your nails strong wich helps them grow.

they are just a multi vitamin they are great for hair,nails,and skin they wont have negative effects.If they are ok for a pregnant woman they will be ok for you

prenatal vitamins are all natural...they aren't harmful in any way...if they were...they wouldn't give them to pregnant women!

Mine made me sick. What work for me was to take them at night that way you sleep it off.
