-Drink plenty of water everyday
-No junk food and soft drink
-Cut out fatty food
-Eat less
-Have a low carbohydrate, high protein and high fiber diet.
-Have fruit as snack.
I enjoy good food and I only go to the Gym 2-3 hours every week. I drink heaps of water and it helps to clean my body. I usually drink two glasses of water when I get out of bed in the morning. I drink many glasses during the day and one glass of water before each meal. Especially before and during parties or dinning out, drinking water makes my stomach full and I don't want to have a lot of food.
Sometimes I have light meals, or skip one to two meals per week. Doing exercise is good and very helpful to my weight lost too.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.

You don't need to stop eating good food to lose weight !
What you really need to think about is...
1. How much of it do u need to eat ?
2. When during the day you should be eating it
I eat "good" food 8 times in a day !! But i still maintain my weight or lose some if i want to...i.e If i burn the fat with exercises..
Exercise is the only way to lose weight.
And the only thing you need to exercise is determination and good music !

Look up recipes for you favorite dishes that are diet friendly. Learn to prepare your meals w/ less fat and calories and try to incorporate exercise into your daily routine. You will defiantly loose the weight but it takes educating yourself on making wise food choices and sticking to your goals as much as you can.
