Why would you want to get rid of it? Strut around and act cool instead. I figure you have about four years of lording it over your male classmates before they catch up with you.

If you are a boy it is fine to shave. Women don't shave because shaving causes stubble (all the hair is cut to the same length so looks thicker when it grows back). As a boy stubble should not bother you in the slightest. All men who shave have stubble.
Use a clean, sharp razor to avoid spots, infection and razor-rash. Press a hot washcloth on your face to soften your skin and open your pores (this will make shaving easier). Lather a small amount of shaving foam or cream onto your top lip. Shave in the direction of your hair growth and use as FEW strokes as possible to avoid irritating your skin (making it red and rashy). Rinse the hairs out of the razor very often (after each stroke if necessary) to keep the razor working properly: if it is clogged with hair it will be totally blunt and you will have to drag it over your skin again and again and will end up with a rash. When you have finished shaving rinse your face with warm water and apply a light oil-free moisturizer if your skin feels a little dry or tight.

Boy or girl, it makes no difference at 10 years old. If they want rid of the hair, get them an electric razor. Simple and safe.

After looking at the questions you've asked in the past. i'm assuming you're not a 10 year old boy, so i assume you're asking about your son. But my question is does he want to get rid of it, or do you want him to get rid of it? There's not much that he can do,about aside from shave it off, he can try women's mustache bleach

Be patient.
One day you'll start shaving then the next thing you'll know you're pushing 30 investing way too much of your money on razor blades and wondering how to avoid razor burn. When your time comes, look into www.classicshaving.com

Have him shave. It's not going to hurt anything. He will soon start shaving everyday anyway. Sounds like he is starting puberty early.
