It will help you if you are grateful for the sweet experience she brought to your life. Remember this positive aspect when you think of her, NOT the pain of loosing her. This is life! Nothing lasts forever. Each person that comes into our life is a learning experience. Next time you will do it better (I hope) having learned how precious love can be. Move on.
