I'm going out on a limb here and saying that you have at least one hand to hold the cue stick... which in turn is connected to an arm to swing the hand that's holding the cue stick. If that's correct so far, point the stick at the cue ball and (taking your time) slowly tap the cue ball toward any object ball.
This is no guarantee that you will hit the object ball but you're on the right track. Practice that for awhile. The best of luck.

First in one hand grip the cue about 4-5 inches up from the butt. Hold it as if you are going to hit someone. Line up the cue
and place it under your chin. Focus on the white ball and think of it as a clockface (3 for right-hand side)and practice striking it for different combo shots. It takes time so dont rush it.
