Neddie, as you know I have been here awhile. People come and people go and the they come back. New people come, others get banned for being trolls. Seems like it is the nature of things. Some come to be constructive, others to be destructive, they don't last very long, but they do come. I guess if yahoo builds it they will come. Haven't seen you on in a while. Welcome back, I missed your wit.

No, not on the basis that they are new. While there is a chance that they may have multiple accounts it could be, as Raissa pointed out, they are just new. You can tell by reviewing their question and answers if they are clones. Usually those people get on here and immediately go off on a tirade. If I don't like the persons questions, then I won't answer them, but I'm not going to be a stuck up elitist.

I don't know why people take this stuff so seriously!

I just found the Answers part of Yahoo while researching something on the net. I thought it looked fun and would try it out. Funny this is the first question I came across. Why would you want to stop new people from getting on here? You were new once. I think that's kind of dumb.

They have as much right to be here as you and I do. Just ignore them. Besides some of those questions and answers are what keep it interesting! lol

I don't know who they are. If their questions are offensive or harassing, I will ignore them after I report them for abuse.
