is there any way to do this without having to go to the gym constantly?

you cannot target one area for fat loss, but you can do exercises to increase muscle in that part, which will improve the look. I reccomend squats while holding weights and also stair climbing is something you can do without gym equipment. There are several gym machines that target the muscle groups in the thigh.

You have to lose fat from your entire body because spot reduction does not work and here is why:

Before fat can be burned, the fatty acids must be released from the fat cells into the blood in the veins. This blood has to travel throughout much of the systemic and pulmonary circulatory system before the fats are oxidized in either the liver or the muscles (depending on the aerobic or anaerobic nature of the exercise). This is true whether the fat cells are next to the muscles being exercised or on the opposite side of the body from the muscles being exercised and therefore, there is no reason for the body to select fat cells based on their proximity to the muscle that is being worked . The fats cannot just jump across from fat cells into muscle tissue or liver cells without going through the blood.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

You cannot control where your body loses fat from, you just need to lose weight generally until the part you care about most shrinks. No type of exercise will burn fat off a certain part of the body. Working certain muscles will make body parts look better, but will NOT reduce fat in a specific area. That's a myth.
