As with any digital phone service, it's only as good as your internet connection. Digital phone will put your connection to the test! If you're like me, you might have the cable guy back out 3 or 4 times before it gets working perfect, but once you do, it's a great savings over Telus/Bell for landline service and free long distance is great! There's cancellation charges but that's because you get a discount for bundling your phone, cable TV and internet service altogether. If you cancel, you lose that discount and that's what the charge is.
