Why did he do this...?

My ex-boyfriend said hi to me on msn today. I was doing homework & my status was on away, & he said hi to me. He usually only says hi to me if I'm online. Neways, he asked me how I was doing then he told me saw the movie 300 last night. He suggested to me that I probably shouldn't see it. I said, "Why do they depict Persians in a bad light" I asked this cuz I'm Persian. He said, "they depict Persians as ogres". Then he asked me more questions about school & how I was doing, then he had to go. Does this mean he was thinking of me, or even when he was watching the movie? He seemed like he wanted to know what I was doing & how I was feeling. We dated for a short whiel & HE ended it one year ago. But a month ago he called me & wanted to see a movie. I said yes then he took me home after. I kinda felt disrespected so when I got home I said "bye forever" to him on msn. Then I felt bad so a week later I said sorry to him on msn. Since that day I have said hi to him on msn 2 times.

He had not said hi to me in awhile until today. I was scared that that even though I said sorry that he was still mad at me. I guess since he contacted me today then it means he doesn’t hate me? Do you think he’ll ever ask me to hangout again? WHY do u think he said hi to me today?

What Do You Mean By Disrespected? What Exactly Happened? If He Did Something That Others May See As Unacceptable Then He May Be Trying To Get On Your Good Side So You Will Not Involve Him In Anything. Otherwise He Could Just Miss You Or Is Doing An Ex Check Up Call, Which We All Make Frequently. If He Keeps Talking To You, See How The Conversation Is Going. Is He Talking More About You Or Your Relationship You Had Together? OR Is It More About What He Did To Disrespect You? I Would Just See How The Conversation Ends Up Then Make Your Decision.
