Hello, I am 19 years old and I haven't been baptised yet. I was just wondering how exactly I go about it. I would like to join a lurtheran church and be baptised, just myself and my husband during the baptism. He was baptised when he was little, so he doesn't remember. I was just wondering if anyone knows how to go about it, and what exactly it includes ect... I'd really appreciate as much help as possible. I'd like to get this done in the next month. I'm really excited about this, i've been wanting to get it done for a long time and now that i'm married and out of my home i'd love to be forgiven for all of my sins and go to church every sunday and take bible study. I'm looking foward to a new and brighter life for myself. Thanks alot!

Baptism is a symbol of your faith, and salvation in Christ. It is a wonderful picture of Jesus' death and resurrection. Your Minister would be glad to help you. You may have to attend some baptism classes to know more about it, but that depends on the church you pick. I think it is wonderful! I will be praying for you!

I love it!! You go girl!! Find your local congregation & tell them exactly what you've told us!! Believe me they will be happy to have you.
If you can invite your friends and family to let them know about your savior!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good luck & God Bless
