Cellulite is an inherited condition. It is just the way that your body stores the excess fat you give it. "Cellulite" is the name given to fat that has been stored unevenly, giving it a grape cluster appearance.

The ONLY way to remove this permanently is liposuction.

You MAY be able to get some decrease in the appearance if you go for regular plastic body wrapping (which helps soften the fat), and a hard massage that MIGHT help break down the fat deposit and distribute it differently. But this method is only ever temporary.

I am so busy with my 5 kids (all under 8 years old!) and I hate exercising and dieting, life's too short! So I thought the only option for getting rid of my ugly cellulite was to book in with a set of weekly medical roller treatments. Job done.

However, they cost me a monstrous $3000 and, you guessed it, did absolutely nothing. I couldn't believe it. It left me thoroughly depressed.

I saw this info on the web and I gave it a go, what did I have to lose now! And, my god this is genius. Quick and easy. I feel so wonderful in my new, smooth, renewed figure! I am a yummy mummy now!

I've read that creams and lotions that puport to deal with cellulite are not as effective as the ads claim.

You can try regular exercise.

Cellulite will not go away, you can reduce it by weight lifting and cardio. Most if not all creams only work temporary but at least leaves your skin nice and smooth. And you can go to the surgeon but that cost lots of $$. But I promise you weigh lifting will reduce it. Remember cellulite is fat deposits under the skin.

there is no "real" way to treat cellulite, except 4 maybe liposuction. most of it's genetic. exercise & diet r probably the best answers, but even they don't vanish it completely.
