There is a right way to do things, and a wrong way. Why should we give American rights to people who's first act in this country is breaking the law? (okay, that only applies to Mexican illegal immigrants, but still....). They do have basic human liberties, but they should be jailed and deported, and whomever supported them (through housing, jobs, etc.) should be fined, at the very least.

Now we unfortunately have the problem of babies born into this country by illegal immigrants. Since they are born here, they are citizens. Should we throw them and their families out? Should we offer support, with English education? I don't know. We need to establish English as a national language. That would help. I don't think anyone who is consistantly breaking our laws deserves rights given to other Americans.

No.

But all human beings are entitled to all human rights.
