you can usually tell in the way that they say it and how they are around you. their facial expressions when theyre w/you, their eyes when they say it....things of that nature. i cant tell you how just this is something you have to look carefully for and feel.
sometimes they dont, my ex-bf said that to me and it turns out all he wanted to do at that time was get in my pants.

It Depends On Who The Guy Is And If You In Your Heart Believe That He Does. I Have Had Three Guys Say That To Me I Believed Two, And One Was Way Too Immature To Know What Love Was Or What He Wanted. I Truly Believe That My Current Boyfriend Loves Me. Other Guys, I Couldn't Tell You.

Depends on the guy. Some do and some don't. Some say it just because they think that is what you want them to say. However, some mean it. I had a guy who cheated on me and told me he loved me, but you don't hurt someone you love! So, yeah...depends on the guy!

look into his eyes when he tells you that he loves you and his actions towards you... words speak louder than words. when you feel that he loves you, he meant it. when he gives you a certain look, a look that he is in love, and he is head over his heel over do. he risks his life for you and always there for you. you will know that he loves you. he does not have to say anything to prove to you that he loves you. his actions will speak it for you.
