Where can I take my Jeep soft top to get reseamed? It appears that all my stitching is starting to come loose and some of the plastic pieces that hold the top on are coming undone. Can an upholstery shop resew it?

Some upholstery shops can do it. Also check around to boat shops many of them make customer covers for boats and can also repair Jeep tops.

With Jeep tops, starting out at abot $250 new, weigh your options carefully, it may end up being cheaper to get a new top.

Sounds to me like your soft top has had it. Replacement soft tops are available and they won't cost you an arm and a leg. Don't be fooled by buying the cheaper soft tops; they are pretty much garbage and will not hold up in the long run.

The highest quality soft top is Bestop and they have a model called Replace-A-Top which uses your factory hardware. If you're going to shell out money for a soft top then this is the way I would go. You at least have a soft top that will last longer than 2 to 3 years.

Try a replacement top. You should be able to get a Best Top for something close to 500 bucks.
