this may sound crazy but I promise lots of fun,
try going to the mall or food court and having a progressive supper backwards. You start at one restaurant and eat desert, then to another restaurant and eat your entree, then to another restaurant and eat salad, then another and eat appetizers. Then finish off the date with drinks or coffee at some cozy restaurant.
Another fun idea is to go to a fast food restaurant, (Call for permission first) such as McDonald's, dress up formally, take a table cloth, cloth napkins, silverware, candles, and plates and glasses. Order the normal menu items, Big Mac, FF, etc. and transfer your food to your plates, Eat and enjoy, watch all the people that will be impressed by your creativity.

I used to take guys to the park/playground for dates. We would swing, play, and eat Mcdonald's or sandwiches. It is a lot of fun. Makes you feel like kids. If you go at night you can get a blanket out and look at the stars. Try it an see. :)
