I have a hair appointment coming up, and I'm not sure what I should do. I have provided a picture of myself, do you have any ideas on a cut? I want it to stay long, around the length it is now, but should I get more layers (only have one near the bottom)? Also, do you think I should get it colored like Nicole Richie's? I love her hair color. And if not, should I leave the color alone or do you have a better color idea? Thanks!

I think you should definitely get more layers (jazz things up - one length is bland), and cut your sidebangs shorter, and less blunt (I think a graduated cut looks better for bangs). Pick a facial feature you like, and cut your bangs that length. I think you have gorgeous eyes, so I'd say cut them a little past the corner of your eye (and if you end up not liking that length, bangs grow back really fast).
Color your hair however you want. I think the color in the Nicole Richie picture would be cute.

If you do try to get your hair cut like Nicole Richie's, just understand that people in Hollywood spend a lot of money on their hair and get extensions, so it probably won't look exactly the same. I think your hair looks great the way it is. More layers just means a lot more time doing your hair. Maybe try getting a few layers around your face for something different. Just an idea. I like your hair color the way it is. Good luck, I'm sure it'll be great either way.

I think it is gorgeous long on you. The color is nice already, but I think you would look cute with the color like nicoles. Also, I would get the layer that is short around your cheek level to blend in more with the rest of the cut. It's cute tho!

The color would look really good on you I think. I might tone down the highlights just a bit though.
You seem to have either a long face or an oval, but the angle makes that hard to determine for sure.

As summer nears, I think the lighter color is a great idea. Also, such a pretty girl, and maybe you should ask your stylist about your bangs. How can you show those gorgeous eyes with longer bulky bangs?
I think regardless of color, seeing a little more of your face would be a great benefit. You should not hide such a blessing!

Talk to your stylist about the coloring. You are very fair skinned, and N.R. has a heavily made up peaches and cream complexion. Also, graduated layers may give you more movement with your hair.

I think the hair color would look nice on you. I also think you should put some layers in your hair especially in the front to frame your face.

hi, I particularly were a hairdresser for over 25 years and that i have accomplished truly some brides.... first... CONGRATS!!! and many chuffed years to you! 2d.... i imagine that 12:30 is suitable if the wed time is 7 usually I do the bride about 7 hours before than the marriage, that way it truly is a chilled journey... no stress to end speedy and the bride can placed her makeup on bathe or regardless of the truth that at her leisure..... i imagine your appointment time is suitable... and reliable luck!
