I've been doing 200 a night for a long time.

Lately when I look in the mirror..my stomach looked alittle bigger..
Is it just me or could the crunches be the reason?

Because..I was doing them to tone my stomach..not make it bigger..lol

Thanks =]

the crunches arnt going to make your stomach bigger it all depends on the types of cruches you do that is going to reduce the size of your stomach. side crunches work your obliques. if you would like to reduce the size of your stomach try doing reverse crunches.

YES!!! You can overtrain your abs and as the muscle mass increases so does size! Crunches tone and build the abs, diet is what burns the fat, you should probably cut back on the crunches you are doing if you feel your abs look overtrained. Now that you have those muscles nice and tones you should hit the cardio and burn off the fat.

The bigger look is possibly muscle mass showing itself. dont do so many now, cut down to about 100 and see if there is any changes.
