If he's worth it to you and you're worth it to him, you'll both wait. Personally, I don't think the consequences are worth it. Having sex is something that should be limited until you know you can handle the consequences, such as a baby. Rather be safe then sorry, right?

Yes different states have different laws about the age of which to have sex. If your smart enough you would wait until 18 or up.

remember every state has a different legal age of consent. you could probably look that up online through google. it's usually 16-18. if one person is over 18 and one is under.. it could be a shady category and be considered statutory rape.
but anyways..... besides all that legal stuff... it's better to wait until you are really mature enough to handle a sexual relationship.. which is usually over 18.

If you do realy love him and he loves you, he can hold out untill you botht hink your ready. Good luck, and realy think about what you think is the right choice.

Yes. I think you should wait until you are emotionally ready to face the possible consequences, namely, disease and pregnancy. Even if you use protection, both are still a possibility.

It is risky and, even if the worst risks don't come true, highly likely to be disappointing.
But it's not immoral.
