remember every state has a different legal age of consent. you could probably look that up online through google. it's usually 16-18. if one person is over 18 and one is under.. it could be a shady category and be considered statutory rape.

but anyways..... besides all that legal stuff... it's better to wait until you are really mature enough to handle a sexual relationship.. which is usually over 18.

People do it.. Legaly if your both under 16 legaly the answer is yes thats bad, because you both under any legal age of consent. Honestly i'de wait a little.
