Okay, so I went to roll up my window and it hurt when I grabbed the handle, and it hurt to grab the steering wheel as well. Today it doesn't hurt to grab things so intense, there is a faint pain, however. The pain is on my left hand where my index finger attaches to the palm. On that joint my bone is "pokey" (for the lack of a better word). The rest of my fingers (and my friends) do not have that, and I don't recall hurting it prior to grabbing the window handle in my car. Any ideas?

By pokey I mean the bone sticks up right on the joint. It's the bone that's the problem, not a muscle or the finger itself. And I don't know why it's randomly bumpy.
