I am looking for a small screwdriver that has a 3 groove tip not the regular(flat) or a phillips , this one is in the shape of a broad y ?I know it has to do with electronic,like gameboy advance sp and one of my old cell phones.

They are called "security tamper proof Y bits" because they fit those screws that the manufacturer does not want you to take out. Google that on the web and you will find electronics suppliers like JAMESCO and even Amazon . Also look in Radio Shack.
eBay has a 33 piece set for $9.99 now.
