pro active is the best, you will probably hear it a lot and its not just a romour its the truth. It helps and makes your skin perfect. You can go to www.proactive.com and you can order and find the cost online. I buy mine at my local mall. So you can try looking near malls near you. Or you can just go online and order from there.

Arbonne Re9 Toner is the best thing you can use. You can get it only through an arbonne consultant or ebay.

It was originally used just for "anti-aging," but now more and more people are using it to help with acne. It is what I did, and it totally helped me.

It might be a little more expensive then other toners, but it lasts you 6 months. Not a lot of toners can do that.

Search for Clearskin and pick the Astringent. You can also fade post-acne spots with the Correct & Fade Peel. There is also a product called Immediate Response that will shrink zits and reduce redness. The entire Clearskin line is wonderful, I am 38 and used this from the time I was 16 until just a few years ago with great results!

If you've got acne, make sure that you do not get a toner that has alcohol in it. The alcohol will dry your skin and make your oil glands underneath your skin go into overdrive in order to produce oil to keep your skin lubricated. This is especially bad if you have acne as it'll make it harder to control what's happening to your facial skin and it makes it more likely that when your pores open to let sewat out that any dirt caught up in your facial oils will sink into the pores and help cause more disturbances in your skin. Also - random thought for acne - acne builds up alot from the inside over time before it's seen on the skin's surface - abt 2 wks or so. (internal as well as external influences affect acne)...so you've got to keep maintaining a good degree of overall health in your diet and water intake and exercise as well as maintaining any external cleaning routine.

The best and cheapest thing to use is Witch Hazel. You get it in bottles at the chemist. It's a really good toner for greasy skin. You should also try using tea tree oil on specific spots as it'll help clear them up.

I like Clinique toners, you can get them at any department store, like Macy's, Carson Pirie Scott and they usually cost around 15-20 dollars. However, they have different levels, I use the purple one which is for dry/combo skin....

You only need to use a toner if your cleanser is not ph balanced.

Do not use Proactive- it causes premature wrinkling! New research on benzoyle peroxide breaks down collagen.
