Try using Excedrine Migraine when you feel a migraine coming on. Also, drink lots and lots of water.

lol same thing used to happen to me with coke and anything with chocolate in it :) I started by substituting the coke with another beverage like c-plus, or sprite, that's a little baby step, then i started drinking a lot of juice, and now i'm at that point where i don't really need the caffiene at all, b/c sometimes that actually induces the migraines, at least that's what i was told by my doctor. so yeah, just try to do that! and soon enough you'll be ok with having it just occasionally, and won't NEED it to feel better!

Every few days cut back on the amount of coke you drink, substitute with water until you have replaced all the coke with water. This may take a few weeks. The headaches can be a bear if you go cold turkey.

eventually the migrains will go away. Ibuprofen works good for headaches. Also try drinking a lot of grapefruit juice. Grapefruit juice will help draw out the caffeine quicker and you will recover faster. Drink like three glasses a day.

Wow. I've never heard of soda curing migraines. Causing them, maybe. Try OTC meds like Excedrin Migraine. If it doesn't help, see a doctor. Too much soda pop is terrible for you. One of the contributors to kidney stones for males is caffeinated or sugary drinks. Good luck.

Sounds like a caffeine addiction. You're going to have to take it very slow. Measure exactly how much you drink and start cutting back about 8 ounces a week, substituting with water. It'll take some time, but you'll save your teeth and nerves, and possibly your heart.

I would start with Diet coke , or if you cant take the taste just mix one bottle of diet and one bottle of regular and then change it to diet coke gradually ... after that try to reduce your drinking daily .. it is just like dieting you gotta do it little by little .. I was drinking too much diet coke myslef but i stopped it and now I replaced it with green tea . Green tea is good for you and burns your body fat ..
good luck

i used to be addicted to coke as well, i used to drink it like it was water. i gave it up by drinking lots of fruit juice and tea, now i'm addicted to tea. A year later after giving it up, i drank a bit of coke, but it didn't taste the same, the flavour was different, so i don't drink it anymore. So to give it up you need to find alternatives

Switch to caffeine-free Coke. If you go cold turkey, you're gonna have one helluva headache for a day or two. If you start switching like every other one, you're gonna have a constant, annoying headache until the switch is made. I've switched to caffeine-free, and now the regular stuff tastes funny to me.
