there is a big difference between trans gender and gay. Many gay people are comfortable with their gender but still choose a goay/les lifestyle. Sadly, however, transgender can cause alot of difficulty for the individual fi they wish they were the oppostie gender they were born. Remember "Boys dont cry?" Teena Brandon endured terrible ostracism and abuse. Awful! See the movie if you have not. Your brother could also be into drag. If he biologically NEEDS tampons however,that could be a hermaphrodite situation where both gentials exist. Love and support him regardless of the scenario. He will be much more likely to open up with you that way also.

There's so much info missing from your question, it's hard to know what to say. How old is he? Is this first "weird" behavior? How did you find out? Etc...

You're his sister, not sure if younger or older, but hopefully you can talk with him about it. All I can say for sure is it's certainly not normal behavior. Also, if you are questioning it, chances are there's something wrong somewhere. Talk to him and be honest with him. Listen carefully to what he says and how he says it. ummmm he may be gay so jus let it be. i have nothing wrong with gay people so maybe you should ask him and talk to him. i totally love gay people cuz im kinda bi myself so... talk 2 him
