This can be very unhealthy. While meat is a great source for proteins and some minerals, it is a very poor source for vitamins. On such a high meat diet (red or otherwise) it is very easy to become deficiant in vitamins which can have very bad effects on your healthy, from scurvey to weight gain and in extream cases even death.

I know people that eat meat at every meal, and while that is not for me, they live a healthy life. But they also get plenty of fuits and vegitables with that meat. This is the key. Make sure that you get enough of these to give you the vitamins and minerals your body needs to function properly.

Also, with so much meat there is an added risk from cholesteral which can lead to heart failure. It might be a good idea to east more less-fatty meats such as fish and chicken, to cut visable fat from beef and pork, or to even reduce the amount of meat you are eating.

No it is not. I assure that I too am strictly a meat eater. I need meat every day and I'm not ashamed of it. Eating vegetables is nice but doesn't taste that great without some meat to go with it.

It probably isn't the most healthy diet (there are worse). I've heard that the stomach doesn't really digest beef very well; it just rots in there. However, if your diet didn't consist of "something once living", I'd worry--since that would exclude plant material, too. Possible food exceptions would be. . .dairy, possibly plant seeds,. . . and processed candies and such (sugar is single compound; thus, cannot be said to have been alive despite its source being a plant)
Furthermore most Americans could stand to eat less protein and more high-fiber vegetables; but I'm aware that that can be difficult.

Eating so much meat is not healthy, alot of red meats has saturated fats that can clog the arteries and can lead to high blood pressure, heart disease, high cholostrol and many other bad health problems, if you eat meat try to eat something healthy with it.

No. I am a meat eater too. Meat has protein, which is very good for the body.

not really, but you shouldn't eat so much red meat or protein for that. too much protein can create these nasty yellow fleshy bumps on ur face.

you might want to switch it up with some fruits/veggies for the anti-oxidants and get your cholesterol checked regularly to make sure that you aren't putting yourself at risk for heart or circulatory issues.

a well rounded diet is best, but you really need to check with your doctor to insure that you aren't putting yourself at risk.
