Is there some kind of surgery that can give you permanent straight hair forever? Not the salon type of straightening, I mean doctors performing operations on hair to change the way it grows. Is there such a thing? Let me know fellows. Great day/night/evening/morning. PEACE

No! The shape of your hair is determined by your DNA, so there's no way you can change it.
Just love the curly hair that you have. Many people wished they had curly hair.

I have never heard of that before, but I bet it is possible. The shape of your hair follicle is what determines if your hair grows out straight or curly. It seems like they could change the shape of your hair follicles with lasers or something. If it doesn't exist maybe you could invent it, and make lots of money.

I do not think so!
It is the hair folicle that determines the curliness of the hair.
Curly hair folicles produce flat hairs.
Straight hair folicles produce round hairs.
It would be too tedious to operate on every folicle!
