Hi everyone my name is Mashaunda and in August I'm suppose to be going on vacation somewhere really hot and I have gotten lasy with my diet and I let my stomach get fat on it. So can anyone plzzz tell me how to get it off fast. I've tryed taking lots of laxitves and crapping my stomach flat and it works but it's extremely dangerous and you get really hungry afterwards. So pllllzzz help me I don't want my mom to know about this though because she thinks I don't need any help to make me skinny she said how hard is it to stop eating so much

RUN!!!!!
Cardio wokouts like running are the best way to get rid of fat, wherever it is. There aren't separate exercises for different areas of fatness. That is a total myth. Just do tons of Cardio!

The guy above is right, theres no way to loose that tummy if you dont do some heavy cardio. But have in mind that the tummy is the last thing to go, and by loosing it you WILL loose some butt as well. Eat a balanced diet, get a cd player and run in the mornings or afternoons or listen to your favorite music at home and dance to it.

Hi, I haven't tried it yet but just read an article that Denise Austin wrote in "Women's World " saying fish oil capsules would help with this problem. She recommended 1200 mgs. It said to add a walking program and the pounds would come off faster. She said eating highly processed foods irritate our insides making it easy to gain weight and hard to lose and also causes inflammation and an excess of belly fat hormones. The fish oil helps to get rid of inflammation and adds to weight loss. I plan to try it. Good luck.

I have ordered Shaun T's Hip Hop Abs. It is used to work out your abs, but also works other muscles as well. I have seen the paid programming commercial for it several times, and am convinced that this will be fun (it is to hip hop, and uses dance steps) and that I will enjoy my workout. I am hoping that it arrives tomorrow! Am ready to work on my abs!!

Sit ups, crunches, leg lifts, any exercises dealing with the abdominal area
