i've known this guy since he came to u.s.a....and we've been friends since then the thing is that he always talks 2 me and he knows me more then he needs 2....and he always laughs at everything i say even though its stupid and everytime he talks to me he stares at my eyes..when he was going out w/ my friend he always tell me that he doesn't like her and that he likes someone that he knows since the day he came one day he's "mad at me" but the next day he starts talking 2 me like nothing happened and he keeps smiling at me all the time...do u guys think he likes me or not?

Yes he does! I did the same thing once upon a time. She was my best friend and we talked about our relationships, good and bad. I used to get mad shen she dated guys who I knew were treating her bad. One guy picked up on that I liked her more than friends and tried to turn her against me. After it was all said and done I had worked up the courage to tell her the truth but also told her that I would never do anything to hurt her and destroy our friendship, It didn't matter if she loved me the same or not I would be there either way for her. We only stayed friends and eventually moved off onto seperate relationships, We still talk off and on. But to get back to your point, I believe strongly that he does like you and he is trying to throw you hints.
