Yes, you cut the person down with a chain saw and count the rings. At least it works for trees.

If this is a person old enough to have a driver's license go with the date on that (correct or incorrect it is at least an acceptable date). If they are young check with the city or hospital they were born in to see if they have a birth certificate. Check with some of their older relatives to hear when they think it is. Check with a church they might have been baptized in for the date on that paper. Estimate from the dates of their siblings and their own recollections of birthday parties in summer, winter etc. Check with old schoolmates for their recollections.
