No way, jealous is a useless emotion and it serves no positive purpose. If you don't feel good enough about yourself, you should not be in a relationship. It is imperative, that you love yourself first...if you have total and complete respect for who you are, with all your good parts and bad parts (whatever that means to you - different for all people) you will see people as your equal, and you will have respect for all people. So, the point is, if you have respect for yourself and all people, jealousy does not exist.....and if it does not even exist.... how liberating.. you can learn to do the same things with anger, hatred and any other emotion that is not good for you.

I used to be ver jealous person,,,it's not good for the relationship;... I am a lot better now , but still working on stuff..
you have to have a high self esteem not to b jealous...
so that's what I am constanlty working on...
I try to look my best all the time and build this image in me that I am worth it and shouldn't be jealous because that makes you old.

The cause of jealousy is always selfishness, I once was a jealous lover until I learned this. When you're jealous in your relationship, it means that your happiness is more important than the happiness of your love one, one might think that he/she is jealous because of love but actually its self-love,

Yes, which is why I clicked on this right away when I saw the word jealousy. I'm not proud of it, but it's true.
