Some people obviously cannot tell the difference between being asked for advice or an opnion!!! i have both eyebrows done, amoungst others. The fact the discomfort you are feeling, feels like a headache tells me its purely coincidental, you have had no redness or swelling, so your piercing itself sounds as if it has settled and healed well, the eyebrow is a surface piercing and behind it is bone. It will not give you a headache. continue to keep an eye on it but i do not think they are related, good luck

Headache is a pain in the head, scalp or neck.
Headaches can be caused by minor problems
like eyestrain, lack of coffee or more serious reasons
like head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and
meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can
have harmful side effects, so it is better to
modify your lifestyle. More information available at

You could have bumped the area in your sleep, but the fact there is no sign of trauma, pus, bleeding is probably good.
I think its just coincidence and I wouldn't worry unless the piercing starts acting up.
