I am doing a project and was wondering how much it cost's to make a Plastic Dog Chew toy. If you know please help me out..

What kind of project is this? Be careful, many types of plastics are lethal to dogs and can get easily lodged in their throats or impacted in them if they eat them. Check out Kong toys, those are the kinds vets recommend. And call their company, maybe they'd know but I doubt anyone on this site knows. Just wanted to give you a warning about the dangers of plastic dog toys!!!!

It would cost a lot more than if you purchased one from pet shop. Toys need to be very rigid and chewable not able to bite into it and swallow plastic because plastic is not a good material for dog chew toys

I know how long it takes a 14 lb Rat Terrier to demolish and consume one: about 33 seconds!!! ;)
