uploading & downloading speed depending on the bandwidth provided by your ISP. in the provided bandwidth speed our computer reserve 20% for its own under-ground running programs... this can only be increased. How? ... read the procedure. for XP
go to run ... type gpedit.msc > Local computer policy >Administrative Templates > Network >Network connections > QoS Packet Scheduler > right pan(window) double click on Limit reservable bandwidth > in the opened window check for Enabled and make the Bandwidth limit(%) to " 0 " .... click ok
then your Net speed will increse to that 20%
