PLEASE PLEASE HELP!! i mean i don't have alot but it is there and bugging me. i have been doind sideups but i don't know if i am doing them right. please help me. thanks!

You need to lose overall body fat. You can't spot reduce a body part. Check a few of my sources for more information. Good luck on your goals.

The previous poster is right. You have to lose fat from your entire body because spot reduction does not work and here is why:

Before fat can be burned, the fatty acids must be released from the fat cells into the blood in the veins. This blood has to travel throughout much of the systemic and pulmonary circulatory system before the fats are oxidized in either the liver or the muscles (depending on the aerobic or anaerobic nature of the exercise). This is true whether the fat cells are next to the muscles being exercised or on the opposite side of the body from the muscles being exercised and therefore, there is no reason for the body to select fat cells based on their proximity to the muscle that is being worked . The fats cannot just jump across from fat cells into muscle tissue or liver cells without going through the blood.

Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.
