Do people who speak french, use the expression "pardon my french"???

Lol!! No they don't :)

When I lived in France, there were a few sayings to cover up swearing etc, I lived in northern France, so there were a lot of things like, when you burped you'd say 'don't mind me, I'm Belgian' haha :)

No, they say, 'Pardon my English' (in French, of course.)

no...we don't use that expression. If we would, we would say "pardonnez mon anglais" meaning pardon my english.
