You shouldn't work the same muscle 2 days in a row. If you are having trouble with routines: try some of these

Full Body workout 3x a week
Or an Upper body lower body split

Or a Muscle Split
Day 1- Chest/Shoulders/Triceps
Day 2- Back/Biceps
Day 3- Legs/Abs
Day 4- Rest
Repeat

If working the chest makes the triceps sore, you should wait a day before working the triceps. Otherwise it should be ok.

Don't work the same muscle 2 days in a ros... PERIOD! If you want to do secondary exercises do them before a compound movement to pre-exhaust your muscles. You will do cause your muscles to not grow id you don't give them a day to rest.
